Choose the difficulty level. The easy starts with one scoop of ice cream. The medium level starts with two scoops of ice cream. And the hard level starts with two scoops of ice cream and more difficult multiplication problems.

Warm-Up

Give the student a die (or two for bigger numbers). Ask the student to roll the die, use the numbers to create a multiplication problem, and then explain the solution to the problem they created.
